<strong>jongeren<\/strong> die tijdelijk vastlopen en op zoek zijn naar houvast. We cre\u00ebren een <strong>veilige<\/strong> en <strong>toegankelijke<\/strong> <strong>omgeving<\/strong> waar ruimte is voor gesprek, <strong>ondersteuning<\/strong> en praktische ondersteuning. Via onze <strong>Cook &amp; Talk sessies<\/strong> brengen we jongeren samen, combineren we eten met eerlijke gesprekken en bouwen we aan vertrouwen en verbinding. Daarnaast bieden we een <strong>noodfonds<\/strong> voor situaties waarin snelle hulp nodig is.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"802\"><span style=\"font-family: Quicksand; color: #000000;\">YALC werkt <strong>zonder ingewikkelde drempels<\/strong> of lange wachttijden. We geloven dat hulp <strong>direct beschikbaar<\/strong> moet zijn wanneer het echt nodig is. Of het nu gaat om een luisterend oor, begeleiding richting school of werk, of een praktische oplossing in een lastige situatie: we kijken altijd naar wat iemand op dat moment nodig heeft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"1085\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: Quicksand; font-weight: normal; color: #000000;\">Naast directe ondersteuning investeren we ook in groei en preventie.
